The Wampum Learning Lodge

The Western University Indigenous Learning + Research Centre, located in London, Ontario, is a space dedicated to promoting Indigenous culture, knowledge, and pedagogy. Its design is inspired by the Anishinaabe concept of "All Our Relations," which emphasizes the interconnectedness of all beings with the natural world. Through its design, the center incorporates important Indigenous symbols and values, such as the turtle, Métis sash, and Lacrosse, creating a culturally rich and welcoming space for learning and community building.
